DOMINUS
A Practitioner Training in Ethical Power, Precision Touch, and Nervous System Literacy
DOMINUS
DOMINUS n. Lord, Master. From classical Latin usage, dominus referred to the one who has authority over the house (domus) . This is the person responsible for order, governance, and stewardship of what occurs within it.
DOMINUS is a selective practitioner training for practitioners, teachers, and leaders who:
Are trusted with other people’s bodies
Sense their limits when power, erotic charge, fear, or dependency show up in a session
Refuse to practice carelessly in high-stakes, high-touch situations
This is not about learning domination. This is about restoring internal leadership.
The training
DOMINUS trains the practitioner to become the inner authority that runs the house—the body, the touch, the room, the relational field.
Through:
Precision Touch — the art and science of reading a body’s cues and allowing the nervous system to regain its own orientation
Spirokinetics — breath, rotation, and presence as tools of internal command
The OneKind Method — governing self first, so power is never outsourced, leaked, or distorted
Women learn to domme themselves before they are ever trusted to hold another.
This Is Risk Reduction Through Mastery
DOMINUS exists because:
Power dynamics without embodied authority create confusion, dependency, and harm
High-touch work without nervous system literacy creates liability
Erotic energy without precision feeds addiction rather than liberation
This training reduces risk by demanding impeccable self-awareness, containment, and ethical command.
Mastery is the safety.
How This Is Different
DOMINUS isn’t a BDSM masterclass, nor is it about learning how to regulate a nervous system. This a practitioner training that will teach you to use ethical power play to restore balance through your own, and therefore your clients’ mind, body and soul.
We will use pleasure and pain not as endpoints, but as data. Sensations provide information to help map where the body, mind and soul might be stuck.
The Work You Will Never See From the Outside
Outsiders will never witness:
The intricate tending of one’s own inner parts required to hold another in wholeness
The depth of a true one-to-one DOMINUS session
The initiation experiences where power is met, not acted out
The group work that refines ethical power play within a client context
This is not visible work.
It is earned.
Initiation & Structure
Initiation is earned, not assumed
Training is slow, high-touch, and selective
Lineage, discipline, and ritual are honored—then integrated into your own
If someone enters not fully ready, she will be held precisely where she is.
DOMINUS does not rush the nervous system.
DOMINUS does not flatter the ego.
Who This Is For
To be a practitioner in DOMINUS requires:
Prior personal and professional inner work
Willingness to be governed from within
Respect for hierarchy, ethics, and containment
Trust in the method and the one who holds it
This is not for those seeking performance, rebellion, or borrowed power.
The Truth
You are the medicine.
You can only hold space for others to the extent that you are unafraid of their darkness.
DOMINUS trains women who are willing to meet that truth in their own bodies first.
The Container
DOMINUS will accept 10 women.
The waitlist is the threshold.

what can you expect
1: presence over performance
Feel the difference between performing confidence and authentic embodied authority. You’ll go through a series of diagnostics to learn where you are leaking power and how to step back into powerful presence.
2: Voice, Cueing and Command
You’ll learn how to use your voice, eliminating filler, rush and over-cueing. Strategies for on-camera vs. in-studio microphone mastery. Learn how to land instructions clearly, to sound confident without trying and to feel your cues land in the room.
3: Holding Space under Pressure
This is the key to nervous-system based leadership. We’ll simulate challenges like: low energy rooms, disengaged clients, being watched, filmed or judged, and how to recover from mistakes to help you maintain your presence and power regardless of whatever is happening in the room. You’ll learn to use disruption instead of fighting it.
