& VISIONARY LEADER

I combine nervous system regulation and authentic expression to offer an immersive, sensory experience for audiences of all kinds. Crafting a powerful word on the spot, I guide audiences on a mind-body journey using sound, light, movement and the spoken word. I break down walls to inspire new ways of thinking that illuminate our shared humanity. I breathe new life into old systems, mundane objects and experiences, and I have a lot of fun in the process.

I care about protecting
The creative spirit

When our body mind and soul are in harmony, we can finally start imagining a more harmonious world. I have studied bodies for over 18 years, have a PhD in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation science and have guided professional artists and athletes through the experience of their body. I have witnessed the transformational power of rewriting our stories, especially when the memories live on in our tissues. The feminine spirit within us all is our creative spirit. When she feels safe, we can imagine a more peaceful, playful world. This passion, rooted in love is a powerful tool to ignite the steps we need to take towards a brighter future.

LOVE IS THE ANSWER, BUT WHO IS LOVE?

HOUSE of LOVE

She is the creative energy in all of us, but she has been demonized, ostracized, burned at the stake, misunderstood and cast out. In religious texts, she has been called a prostitute, a whore.

She is a woman so unafraid to push forward in the face of these trials to reclaim the truth of the original woman.

She is art. She is the feminine force and the return of innocence.

Her story is being remembered in the bodies of women

She is androgynous, one-in-herself. Whole without relying on another. She leads with kindness and trusts her intuition.

She plays with desire, but she is not burned. She is not tempted by desire but instead uses its force to support the mission of the heart.

She is the original woman.

And she’s always been here.

BODY CHURCH

I transformed the church experience to be a safe space for our creative spirit to come alive. I developed, produced and directed a full church service spectacle. Spoken word sermons, music, and creative play offered participants a chance to experience the light and shadow of the current religious system.

Love transformed the church experience to be a safe space for our creative spirit to come alive.

A full church service spectacle produced and directed by Dr. Love. Spoken word sermons, music, and creative play offered participants a chance to experience the light and shadow of the current religious system.

Guests were invited to participate in sharing stories about their experience within the church system.

Dr. Love then became the shadow expression of religion as we descended into the underworld, expressing the ways the shadow takes from the creative spirit in a false attempt at protecting its people.

The journey eventually revealed the innocence of the shadow expression, and from that place, we sang, danced and celebrated a rebirth of the church.

From the wisdom gathered from the participants, Liz designed a full-spectrum embodied experience that still exists to this day: Body Church. A community celebration through music, movement and storytelling. Choirs, Instrumentals, an ever-rotating featured artist lineup. Complete with poetic sermons to help return us to ourselves, one another and the planet without the illusions of spirituality. Where body, mind and soul can come to worship.

SPOKEN WORD SERMONS

Guided by music, intuition and choosing ONE word for the day. In the beginning was the word, and the word was God. We turn one word into a lord for the day, listen to its messages and then move it through our bodies. One word, one statement, one saying. Often, a word that was hurtful, or misunderstood. We’ll inspire ourselves with a reimagining through the entire mind, body and spirit in a holy, irreverent way.

SOUND, MOVEMENT, COMMUNITY

Through music, we connect, move and heal. A rotating community choir, improv musicians and a set list crafted in real time, the entire experience is completely emergent. This isn’t your ordinary service. Where science meets play, where space is held for misunderstandings and powerful artistic conversations, and when words fail, we trust the nervous system of the room to ignite the change we need to transform ourselves.

SOXS

Out of a need for embodied expression, Dr. Love developed SOXS: A recurring 7-week series focusing on the 7 powers that tend to cause destructive behavior. Merging ritual theatRE and movement within a holistic fitness class environment to discover where in the body we are clinging to limiting beliefs.

The class involved using socks as a physical talisman to teach participants how to know when their inner children feel safe to express within a sexually charged environment.

As participants did or didn’t remove their socks, we celebrated the journey of the group and participants received an epic poem inspired by their journey to remind them of their right to protect their erotic innocence.

Through artful storytelling, poetry domination and a movement class designed to inspire participants to step into their creative power, Love birthed a Femme Fatale workout series: SOXS.

Let's talk about socks, baby. Artfully crafted movement sequences set to fun music to move your body and relieve your mind. Authentic physical expression contained by a strong physique is the goal. Wild on the inside, Smooth on the out. Learning to hold safe space within. Step into your feminine power through socks. A journey through each archetype and movement to discover your inner strength. Strong soft, tension and release.

  • "I never thought I’d find a place where irreverence and deep reverence coexist so beautifully. The show makes you feel seen, sexy, and spiritually alive all at once. It’s part burlesque, part sermon, and all brilliance. The way Dr. Love holds space—commanding yet playful, bold yet inviting—had me hanging onto every word. I left feeling lighter, more embodied, and completely obsessed."

  • "Imagine if Sunday service, Moulin Rouge, and a mystical awakening had a baby. Dr. Love doesn’t just perform; she delivers a message that shakes you awake. The music, the movement, the humor—it all builds into something greater than the sum of its parts. I walked in curious. I walked out on fire for my own life. Whatever this is, the world needs more of it."

    Ava R., London

  • "I came expecting a show—I left feeling completely transformed. That was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
