Dr. Elizabeth Love is the embodied, artistic expression of the work I’ve spent years developing as Dr. Liz Letchford, PhD, ATC.
In the classroom, I teach as Dr. Letchford: the clinician, rehabilitation scientist, and guide for those learning precision nervous system recalibration. I developed a systematic method that works directly with the nervous system, using play and sensory awareness to create profound shifts.
On stage, I become Dr. Love: the sensual oracle and immersive performer who brings that same wisdom to life through story, embodiment, and theater.
This is the home where both worlds meet to form one unified body of work. Welcome!

Hello friend,
It has been a long, strange path home to myself.
Though I studied the body for over 20 years, received a smattering of different certifications over the years, and guided professional artists and athletes.. my deepest wisdom comes from studying my own mental and physical health crisis from the inside.
When the medical, spiritual, and mental health systems failed to support me, I had no choice but to carve a path of my own.
It was in the interfacing with chaos and fear that I developed techniques and methodologies to restore balance to my mind, body, and soul.
I am grateful for my clinical education, and I believe that people heal people. I believe in the power of a nervous system that is not afraid of its shadow and therefore can find stillness when interfacing with yours.
I wish I had someone like me when I was seeking help.
The chaos I braved in my personal collapse gave me the tools to help make the journey a little easier for those seeking a personal path home to themselves.
