Hello friend,

It has been a long, strange path home to myself. Though I have been studying the body for over 20 years, have received a smattering of different certifications over the years, and have guided professional artists and athletes.. my deepest wisdom comes from having studied my own mental and physical health crisis from the inside.

When the medical, spiritual, and mental health systems failed to support me, I had no choice but to carve a path of my own.

It was in the interfacing with chaos and fear that I developed techniques and methodologies to restore balance to my mind, body, and soul.

I am grateful for my clinical education, and I believe that people heal people. I believe in the power of a nervous system that is not afraid of its shadow and therefore can find stillness when interfacing with yours.

I wish I had someone like me when I was seeking help.

The chaos I braved in my personal collapse gave me the tools to help make the journey a little easier for those seeking a personal path home to themselves.

And now I have so much fun living life
